Fulcrum Builders (Fulcurm Sheetmetal Inc.) was founded in April of 1994 by Lisa Pacheco, previously a manager at Fulcrum Mechanical Inc. with Randy Watts. Her financial and management skills came from years of direction at EBTEL, Quem, and TQC providing expertice in Marketing/ Sales, Project management, holding the position of CFO Fulcrum Mechanical.
Her skills in the construction industry were directed and mentored by Mr Watts. The experience shared was derived from being the former Department Creator and Manager of ICOM Mechancial Piping Division 1984 to 1988, Co owner of Vector Mechanical Inc1988 to 1994., Sole owner of Fulcrum Mechanical Inc.(To Present) Co owner of Habitec Builders Inc., Silicon Valley Piping Division Manager of ACCO. He continues to provide assistance with Project Managment, Engineering, and Design on a part time basis.
Lead by Dustin High and Lisa Pacheco, Fulcrum Builders and its employees have more than 20 years experience coordinating and managing design/build projects within the Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, and Process industries. Experiences included from General Construction through High Purity Process Piping, HVAC, Electrical, and Clean Room Lab Construction. Fulcrum has designed and built Fabs and Labs in the Bay Area since 1994.
Keeping the company small, maintaining customer service, and controlling overhead costs, has always been an important key in providing competitive pricing. Fulcrum Mechanical is a Licensed Prime/General Contractor, (B-License), in addition to holding a C-20, C-36 license, and C-10. In providing “in-house" piping, mechanical, and electrical labor, we have been able to avoid the “double mark-up” realized when using the Construction Management (subcontracting labor to third parties).
