In providing “in-house piping” and “mechanical labor”, we are able to avoid the “double mark-up” realized when using typical General Construction Management.
We know the key to repetitive business is “service”, taking the project from inception to final completion for use by the end user. Service is an under-standing of site policies, protocols, and standards; maintaining personal working relationships with
Engineers, Project Managers, Management, and End Users. Value added Engineering is provided when projects have specific budgets to maintain. The staff at Fulcrum understands, and is sensitive to the costs of the customer’s investment for each of the projects and has the experience to maintain competitive costs as well as schedule.
